CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Our warehouse processes orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. Whether or not we can cancel your order depends on its status at the time you contact us.
HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION
To request cancellation, get in touch with our team as soon as possible with your order number.
You don’t need to provide a reason, but if you choose to, we may be able to assist you in placing a new order
As soon as we receive your request, we’ll acknowledge it and confirm that we’re checking the status with our warehouse
We’ll follow up via email to confirm if your cancellation can be processed
Order changes vs. cancellations
We cannot make changes to the contents of an order once it is placed
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address
If the order has already been dispatched, neither address changes nor cancellations are possible
ORDER MAY STILL BE PROCESSING
If the order hasn’t shipped, and we’re able to intercept it, we will cancel it
You’ll receive a confirmation email and a full refund to your original payment method
ORDER ALREADY SHIPPED
If the order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details
Once the parcel arrives, contact us again and we’ll help you return the item for a refund
Note: Tracking info may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch
