Dispatch, Tracking & DeliveryUpdated 4 days ago

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once we receive your order, we aim to dispatch it quickly from our warehouse:

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM (AEST) Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM, or on weekends/public holidays, are dispatched the next working day

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched

Note: Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to become active on the Australia Post website. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 24 hours, please contact us.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Helly Hansen uses Australia Post for deliveries. Estimated transit times vary:

MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED – WHERE’S MY TRACKING?
You’ll receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received it:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Confirm your email address was entered correctly at checkout

  • Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate

  • Still can’t track it? Get in touch with us

MY ORDER IS AT THE POST OFFICE
If your tracking shows the parcel has arrived at your local Australia Post office:

  • Delivery was likely attempted but no one was available to receive it

  • Your parcel is being safely held for pickup

  • Check your tracking link for details

DELAYS DUE TO IT OR PAYMENT ISSUES
Occasionally, dispatch may be delayed due to:

  • System or technical (IT) issues

  • Payment verification problems or fraud prevention checks (including flagged transactions)

If you’ve selected and paid for Express Shipping, but dispatch was delayed due to these issues, your Express shipping fee will be refunded.

👉 We recommend you contact our team to let us know, so we can assist and ensure your shipping charge is reimbursed if eligible.
