EXCHANGES POLICY
Online Orders
We do not offer direct exchanges for online purchases at this point in time - even if you have just ordered.
If your item isn’t quite right, you can return it for free and place a new order in the correct size
FREE returns are available, if you are subscribed to receive our email marketing communications at the time you lodge your return.
If you are not subscribed, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns.
💡 Important: To qualify for free returns, the email address used to place your order must be the same email address subscribed to our marketing communications.

In-Store Purchases
You may exchange your item in-store within 30 days if it meets the return policy conditions and you have bought from a retail store.
Bring the item and proof of purchase to the original Helly Hansen retail store
All exchanges are subject to stock availability
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Items are eligible for return if:
Returned within 30 days of purchase
They are unwashed and unused (trying on is fine)
Original tags are attached
Footwear and baselayers are in original, undamaged packaging. (No tape or labels on shoe boxes please)
Products are complete (e.g., full pairs, all components)
