CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER
Our system is designed to process orders quickly, so:

  • Orders cannot be edited after confirmation (this includes item, size, or address changes).
  • We may be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t yet been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please call or email us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order has entered the dispatch process.

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Missing item?
If your delivery invoice shows an item that was not included in your parcel, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The product name or code of the missing item

We’ll investigate and either send the item or provide a refund.

Incorrect item received?
If you received something different from what you ordered, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name, size, and colour received
  • A clear photo of the swing tag (if available)

We’ll correct the issue as soon as possible.



UNSUCCESSFUL ORDER BUT CHARGED?
If your order didn’t go through but your bank shows a charge, the amount is usually a pending pre-authorisation — not an actual transaction.

These usually clear automatically within a few business days. If you’re unsure, contact our team and we’ll confirm the payment status.
