Our Price Protection Policy is available to customers who have purchased items directly from:


PRICE ADJUSTMENT ELIGIBILITY

We will refund the price difference if the following conditions are met and the customer contacts us:

  • The same item (same style, size, and colour) is marked down within 14 days of the shipping date
  • The item is still in stock in the same size and colour at the time the request is made
  • The item was purchased at full price


HOW TO REQUEST A PRICE ADJUSTMENT

To request a refund for the price difference:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of your shipping date
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • The product name, size, and colour
    • A screenshot or link showing the current price on our website

If eligible, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.


EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the shipping date
  • Adjustments apply only if the item is in stock in the same variant
  • Not valid on:
    • Already discounted or sale items
    • Clearance or bundle promotions
    • Temporary promotional events or discount code sales
