Our Price Protection Policy is available to customers who have purchased items directly from:
PRICE ADJUSTMENT ELIGIBILITY
We will refund the price difference if the following conditions are met and the customer contacts us:
- The same item (same style, size, and colour) is marked down within 14 days of the shipping date
- The item is still in stock in the same size and colour at the time the request is made
- The item was purchased at full price
HOW TO REQUEST A PRICE ADJUSTMENT
To request a refund for the price difference:
- Contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of your shipping date
- Provide:
- Your order number
- The product name, size, and colour
- A screenshot or link showing the current price on our website
If eligible, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method.
EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the shipping date
- Adjustments apply only if the item is in stock in the same variant
- Not valid on:
- Already discounted or sale items
- Clearance or bundle promotions
- Temporary promotional events or discount code sales
