 WHAT TO DO IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
We’re very sorry you received an incorrect item — we’ll resolve this as quickly and fairly as possible.

In some cases, the garment size on the product itself may differ from the size listed on the parcel label due to a manufacturer labelling error. We sincerely apologise for this and appreciate your patience while we investigate.


REPORT THE ISSUE
Please contact our customer care team with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the incorrect item or mismatch

  • Clear photos of:

    • The swing tag or internal size tag on the garment

    • The packaging barcode label (outer satchel)

    • The actual item received

Photo guidelines:

  • Format: JPG or PNG

  • Max total file size: 10MB

  • If using an iPhone, please disable Live Mode


RETURN THE ITEM (FREE OF CHARGE)
Once we confirm the error, we’ll email you a prepaid Australia Post return label.

You can return the item by either:

  • Printing and attaching the label, then dropping it in any red Australia Post box or at a Post Office, or

  • Showing the PDF label on your phone at the Post Office — they’ll take care of the rest


REPLACEMENT DISPATCH
As soon as your return is underway:

  • We’ll dispatch the correct item as quickly as possible

  • For high-value items, the warehouse may wait until the returned parcel completes its first Australia Post scan before releasing the replacement

  • In rare cases, if the correct item was the last one in stock and was accidentally sent to another customer, we may need to coordinate with both parties. We’ll keep you fully updated

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your replacement ships
