Overview
Helly Hansen Australia offers 30-Day Change of Mind Returns for online orders.
FREE returns are available, if you are subscribed to receive our email marketing communications at the time you lodge your return.
If you are not subscribed, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns.
💡 Important: To qualify for free returns, the email address used to place your order must be the same email address subscribed to our marketing communications.

RETURN METHODS
Online Purchases
Returns must be initiated through our Online Returns Portal
You must have your order number and email address used for purchase.
A prepaid shipping label will be provided once your return is approved:
Free of charge for subscribed customers (matching email required)
Return shipping fee deducted from refund for non-subscribed customers
Securely package your item(s) and return via the nominated carrier.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store must be returned to the same Helly Hansen retail location.
Proof of purchase is required.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Items are eligible for return if:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unwashed and unused (trying on is fine)
- Original tags attached
- Footwear and baselayers are in original, undamaged packaging
- (No tape or labels on shoe boxes please)
- Products are complete (e.g., full pairs, all components)
RETURN SHIPPING & FEES
Subscribed customers: Free return shipping (email must match order email).
Non-subscribed customers: Return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.
Refunds can only be Issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear (depending on your financial institution).
If your refund hasn’t arrived after 5 business days, please contact Customer Support.
LIMITATIONS
Applies only to purchases made via hellyhansen.com.au
In-store purchases must be returned to the original store location
Purchases from third-party retailers (e.g., The Iconic, Amazon, Anaconda) must be returned following their own policies
