RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW
Helly Hansen Australia offers 30-Day FREE Change of Mind Returns for online orders. Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receiving them, provided they meet the return eligibility conditions outlined below.



RETURN METHODS

Online Purchases

  • Returns must be initiated through our Online Returns Portal

  • You must have your order number AND the email address you ordered with.

  • A prepaid shipping label is provided once your return is lodged

  • Securely package your item(s) and return via the nominated carrier

In-Store Purchases

  • Items purchased in-store must be returned to the same Helly Hansen retail location

  • Proof of purchase is required for processing



RETURN ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Items are eligible for return if:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • They are unwashed and unused (trying on is fine)

  • Original tags are attached

  • Footwear and baselayers are in original, undamaged packaging

  • Products are complete (e.g., full pairs, all components)


RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

  • Returns for online purchases are completely free

  • A prepaid shipping label is provided via the Returns Portal


REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected

  • The refund on your order was successfully processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account (timeframes vary depending on your nominated financial institution)

  • If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact customer support

  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method


LIMITATIONS

  • This return policy applies only to purchases made from hellyhansen.com.au

  • In-store purchases must be returned at the original store location

  • Purchases from other online sellers or marketplaces (e.g., The Iconic, Amazon, Anaconda) must be returned directly to those sellers, following their individual policies
