CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We understand that address changes sometimes happen! Whether or not we can update your shipping address depends on whether your order has already been dispatched.
IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED YET
If your order is still processing:
We may be able to update your shipping address, but it depends on how far along your order is in our dispatch system
Our warehouse operates on an automated, fast-moving process, so updates are not always guaranteed
To request an address update:👉 Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible with:
Your order number
The new shipping address (including postcode and state)

We’ll acknowledge your request and confirm if the address can still be updated.
IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED
Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address or redirect the parcel.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once the order leaves our warehouse. You may be able to:
Use Australia Post’s MyPost tool to request redirection (if eligible)
Contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number for assistance
IMPORTANT – INCORRECT ADDRESS ISSUES
Incorrect or incomplete address entries at checkout may result in:
Dispatch delays
Delivery failure
Parcels being returned to sender (our warehouse)
Please track your order proactively, as we are often not notified immediately when a parcel is returned to sender — in many cases, the warehouse receives the item before our team is made aware
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll be in touch with your next steps once we receive and process the return
