Helly Hansen Australia – Warranty Claims & Product Guarantee


OUR WARRANTY POLICY
For over 140 years, athletes and explorers have trusted Helly Hansen gear for performance and durability. All Helly Hansen garments and footwear are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship.

✔ Apparel Warranty: 2 years from purchase date
Footwear Warranty: 1 year from purchase date

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace the item

  • Or issue a refund

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

HOW TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM
Warranty claims must be directed to the original place of purchase. Here’s what to do based on where you bought your item:


1. If you purchased from hellyhansen.com.au:
Contact our Customer Care team: [email protected]

Please include:

Proof of Purchase (Required)

  • Your online order number, OR
  • A photo of your receipt
  • If not available, a bank statement screenshot showing date, amount, and merchant may be accepted

Photos of the Issue (Required)

  • Clearly show the area of concern
  • Include a photo of the parcel barcode label
  • Include the garment swing tag or internal size tag
  • Format: JPG or PNG
  • Size: under 10MB
  • Disable Live Mode if using an iPhone

Product Details (Optional, but helps us respond faster)

  • Product SKU (found behind the care label)
  • A photo of the tag is fine
  • Type of detergent used
  • Any DWR treatment applied
  • How the item was stored

2. If you purchased from a Helly Hansen retail store:
Please return the item to the same store where it was purchased.
The retail team will assist with the warranty process.

3. If you purchased from another retailer (e.g. The Iconic, David Jones, Anaconda):
Warranty claims for items purchased through wholesale or third-party retailers must be submitted directly through that seller.
We are unable to process warranty claims for products bought outside of hellyhansen.com.au or our own stores.
